Navitat Ziplines and Canopy Tours

Navitat's Ziplines and Canopy Tours at the Wrightwood Guest Ranch are the talk of the town. We had an opportunity to check out the ziplines, and it was amazing! You start off at the Navitat office located on Park, then hitch a ride on an old military vehicle (Unimog) to the Wrightwood Guest Ranch. From here, the vehicle takes you way up on the mountainside, overlooking Buford Canyon where the real adventure begins.

The first couple of ziplines are fun and easy. You quickly advance to some of the faster ziplines which race between trees at speeds of over 50 miles per hour. One of the ziplines is over 1500 feet long and stretches from one end of the canyon to the other. There are also multiple sky bridges that cross the canyon and 3 rappels that lower you from the trees. If you're afraid of heights, you feel secure with all of the safety features on the course. This was definitely the most exciting thing I've ever done in the Wrightwood area and I recommend it to anyone! The staff at Navitat is also really cool and they'll make sure you get the most out of your tour. If you're looking for a good adrenaline rush, this is where you'll find it.

Great time and fully agree! Awesome. Well worth the cost... It made my first time in Wrightwood pretty damned memorable! Recommended to all who seek out a little adventure from the everyday routine.

The military vehicles are called Mercedes Unimogs actually from the 1960s my dad works for them and drives them back and forth taking the people to the tour site. The Navitat people are extremely nice and its a great addition to our town.

Did the tour yesterday, and I agree... REALLY fun. What a quality operation from all aspects!

On their website, they have a 'locals day' on Tuesday, where it's only $78.
