Snowline Players Bring The Pirates of Penzance To The Serrano PAC
The Snowline Players are at it once again, as producer Lora Steinmann, heads up a production of Gilbert and Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance. This year, skillfully directed by Cheryl Buckle, a long time Snowline Player.
This is the first time that the Players have attempted such a musical. “It’s actually an Operetta, there are over 205 pages of music in this play.†Lora said. You’re in for a real good time, good music, comedy, drama, and Pirates ,what more could you ask for.
Performances will be at the Serrano Performing Arts Center, with shows scheduled for Friday, August 5 @ 7:30p, Saturday, August 6 @ 2:30p & 7:30p, Sunday, August 7 @ 2:30p & 7:30p and the following weekend on Friday, August 12 @ 7:30p, Saturday, August 13 @ 7:30p, and Sunday, August 14 @ 7:30p. Tickets may be purchased in advance at Flowers From The Forest in Wrightwood on Evergreen Rd or The UPS Store in Phelan (Stater Bros. Plaza) or you can purchase them at the door.
Ticket prices are $12 for adults, $10 for children, students & seniors or $40 for a family pack.
