Sadly, the Wrightwood Art Studio Tour and Silent Auction has come to an end. It will not take place this year.
This popular event began nine years ago. It showcased local artists at their studios. A ticket book was purchased with a map of where each studio was located in Wrightwood, along with a bio of each artist.
Over the course of the past 9 years the artists and community have raised over $4500 in art scholarship funds for Serrano High School’s Senior Artists. The 2011 student recipient was Zachary Higgins.
The Art Tour artists wish to thank the Wrightwood community, local vendors, merchants, and local organizations for their support over the years. Much gratitude goes to our supporters: Wrightwood Museum, Mile High Pizza, Cinnamon’s Bakery, Walde’s Pharmacy, Village Grind, Applewood Court, and Mt. Hardware who have hosted artists, donated meeting rooms, and sold tour books.
Special recognition and thanks go to the artists who dedicated their time and shared their passion for the creative journey and to art teachers Lisa Fitch and Brian Carrasquillo.
