Unlicensed contractors back at it again!

Michael's Tree Service, an UNLICENSED, ILLEGAL, contractor is back in town spreading his flyers around. His flyer claims he is licensed and bonded. The license number he is using is not his and it expired ten years ago. It was never even listed to his name. Without a license he cannot be bonded and cannot carry workers comp insurance and if a worker is injured you WILL lose you house and everything else you own. He is driving around town in a white pick up truck with a ladder rack. If you see him tell him to get out of town.
I called the sheriff two days ago on another unlicensed tree service. His workers, under the guise of distributing flyers, were entering peoples back yards probably casing them for future burglary!

No wonder he didn't want to talk anymore when I aksed if he had Workmans Comp.
Do people still use the phrase "casing the joint"? Haven't heard that one in a while.
