Table Mountain Picnic Area Description
The Table Mountain Picnic Area is located on top of Table Mountain, near the west end of the Mt High North parking lot, near the entrance to Table Mountain Campground. This picnic area hosts 6 tables, however it does not have any stoves or running water. On a positive note, Table Mountain Picnic Area gives a great view of the slopes of Mountain High's West Resort. The nearby Table Mountain Nature Trail is a great place to burn off some of the calories you just consumed during your picnic.
Directions to Table Mountain Picnic Area from Wrightwood
Take Highway 2 westbound from the town of Wrightwood to the Big Pines Area. Across the street from the entrance of Mt High's West Resort, take Table Mountain Road (toward Mt High North) up the the large parking area near the entrance of the Table Mountain Campground.
